Questions
Who owns what?
Your texts, photos, logo and domain are yours. We host and look after the site itself.
What if I want to leave?
You can. For a one-time fee, set out in your quote, we hand over a working copy of your site to host wherever you like.
What does the monthly maintenance cover?
From the day your site goes live, a monthly fee covers hosting on our own setup with HTTPS, security and software updates, and small changes to texts, photos and prices whenever you ask. There's nothing for you to manage. The amount depends on the site.
Do I need a domain?
If you already have one, we use it. If not, we register one in your name, with us as the technical contact so we can look after it, and add its yearly cost to your quote.
How do I pay?
Half to start and half when the site goes live. In Brazil we take PIX; for clients abroad, we agree the method in your quote.
How long does it take?
It depends on how each site is made. We confirm the timeline in your quote.
Which languages do you build in?
English and Portuguese, including sites in both.
